Version wc-terms-2026-10-29 · in force from 29 October 2026

These terms apply to Warrant Check at warrantcheck.pndksolutions.com and to every reading and report it produces. By using Warrant Check you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

  1. Who provides Warrant Check. Warrant Check is provided by PNDK Solutions Limited, a company registered in Uganda (“PNDK”, “we”). Contact: frances@pndksolutions.com.
  2. What it is. Warrant Check is an automated tool. It reads the contract text you supply and shows, for each promise, whether six checks are present in the wording. A reading is not a verdict, a score, or a prediction of any outcome, and it does not assess whether a contract is valid or enforceable.
  3. Not legal advice. PNDK is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Using Warrant Check creates no lawyer–client or other advisory relationship.
  4. It can make mistakes. Warrant Check is automated and can make mistakes, including misreading a clause. Check important findings against the contract itself. Warrant Check and its readings are provided “as is”, without any promise that they are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
  5. For business and professional use. Warrant Check is offered for business and professional use. By using it you confirm that you use it for the purposes of a business, profession or organisation, not as a consumer.
  6. How you may use a reading. You may use a reading for any lawful purpose.
  7. PNDK is not a witness. PNDK does not act as a witness or expert, does not give testimony, and does not endorse any use of a reading in a proceeding. If you wish to rely on a reading in a dispute, arbitration or court case, have it reviewed and adopted by your own adviser, as that adviser’s own work. You agree not to name PNDK, or its directors, staff or contractors, as a witness or expert, and not to ask PNDK to vouch for a reading.
  8. If PNDK is required to take part. If PNDK receives a summons, subpoena, court order or other request for documents or testimony arising from your use of Warrant Check, you will reimburse PNDK’s reasonable costs of responding, including the reasonable value of the time spent. PNDK will respond only as the law requires.
  9. Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows: (a) PNDK’s total liability arising from a reading is limited to the fee you paid for it, and is nil for a free reading; and (b) PNDK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, trading or investment loss, or for any decision to sign, pay, withhold, trade, settle or dispute. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
  10. Your data. We do not keep the contracts you check. How the text and your sign-in details are handled is set out on the home page under “Your data”.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when a reading is produced applies to that reading. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.
  12. Governing law. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from Warrant Check, are governed by the laws of Uganda. The courts of Uganda have exclusive jurisdiction.
